---|---|
Course Overview | In today's fast-paced environment, few project managers are fortunate enough to manage only one project at a time. In fact, it's not uncommon to see project managers juggling as many as ten projects simultaneously—with varying types of complexities, durations, and sizes. The ability to manage multiple related and unrelated projects and prioritize competing demands is crucial to the success of today's multitasking project manager.
