Course Overview

Certified Human Resource Management Manager is an advanced Managerial Level Certification Course, which is the      Version 2.0 of CHRMP. Presenting a one of its kind, advance level course for HR professionals of American Institute of  Professional Studies (AIPS).

Coarse Curriculum

As specified before, CHRMM trains you in the latest, practical components of HR practices. Using the competency  framework we at Laurels learning have skillfully designed a curriculum which is best suited to you.

Through our short term HR training we build competencies on core HR domains of: Training and development, Employee  Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits planning, Recruitment and Selection and other HR  generalist functions involving various subsections.

We also accompany this training with live projects, assignments, online material, in class activities to get you thoroughly  trained by expert facilitators.

 

Training Duration
  • 32 Hours (Flexible Schedules)
  • Regular Sessions: 1 to 2 Months
  • Fast Track Sessions : 4 to 5 Days
Training Schedules
  • Regular Sessions:3-4 Hours per Session for 6-8 days. Classes are offered on Weekdays or Weekends (Friday / Saturday). Weekdays Schedules are from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm or 2.00 to 6.00 or 9. 00 pm.
  • Fast Track Sessions: 6-8 Hours per day for 4-5 Days with Lunch / Coffee breaks.
Certifications:
  • Certified Human Resource Management Manager (CHRMM) Certification from American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS), Washington D.C, USA.
  • Certified Human Resource Management Manager (CHRMM) Certification from Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) government of Dubai, UAE.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Participant must have 2-3 Years Work Experience in HR department, an experience letter from the organization. (OR)
  • Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) course completion certification from Laurels Training Institute.
