Course Overview

CHRMP is a global certification in Human resource management. This course offers you a holistic understanding of HR concepts, practices and functions. Based on a competency development framework, it is designed for.

The CHRMP Certification Course ensures that you are well versed with the most important areas of knowledge in HR. The practical nature of the program ensures that you build skills needed in the field of Human Resource Management. As an HR professional you are expected to be an expert in every human resource function, including the employment laws. Not only do you need to have a strong knowledge base, but even more importantly, you need to be able to apply your knowledge to the daily situations that arise in your workplace.

Human Resource Management over years has evolved to be a critical function for an organization. From the time a Human Resource Professional would only manage employee database and leaves to a time when they act as the support system for the entire employee life-cycle, from talent acquisition to learning and development, appraising and managing performance, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, policy making to talent management, functions of HR has come a long way.

Training Duration
  • 24 Hours (Flexible Schedules)
  • Regular Sessions: 1 to 2 Months
  • Fast Track Sessions : 3 to 4 Days
Training Schedules
  • Regular Sessions:3-4 Hours per Session for 6-8 days. Classes are offered on Weekdays or Weekends (Friday / Saturday). Weekdays Schedules are from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm or 2.00 to 6.00 or 9.00 pm.
  • Fast Track Sessions:6-8 Hours Per day for 4-5 Days with Lunch / Coffee breaks.
Certifications:
  • Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) Certification from American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS) Washington D.C, USA.
  • Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) Certification from Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) government of Dubai, UAE.
Examinations
  • American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS) 2 hours Pen Paper Exam.
